Regular case airflow should have an intake fan front, outtake fan at the rear at the very least. It is summer, so a few degrees higher than normal is fine, but 100c points to serious airflow issues if your cooler is seated correctly. Throttling on intel stock cooler means you should also have a good long look at your case airflow and ambient temperature. Another thing to check is whether the cooler is tightly stuck to the cpu, which means using the push pins correctly. Check for the amount of thermal paste under it, and maybe if there is a foil over the paste still (though I don't remember this being on there when you take it out of the box on my Ivy Bridge cpu). The intel stock cooler *should* be able to keep your CPU from throttling.

But I also oticed on SpeedFan 4.51, on my "Core 0" it said while i was playing it was up to 70C and right now, while idle it is at 57C and there's a little flame by it. I am running the game on the lowest settings possible and I only run it at about 40 fps max. This also seems to happen in chivalry medieval warfare. I saw a guy run this game maxed out and run in a city with no problem at all with their fps while my fps constantly falls to about 15-30 in cities. Same goes for Dayz Standalone, a poorly optimized game. I had to place settings on what "optimal" is for low end computers and yet I'm still running at 30 or so fps especially in cities. Not only does that happen on csgo, but it happens on games like Arma 2 when I'm playing Dayz mod.
But then, when it seems too many things are happening, the game altogether drops to about 60 fps and it almost feels like the game itself skipped a frame in that spike. Standing the still in the middle of a match has me at about 100 fps. On Csgo, I am running everything low settings. While playing the game, however, I noticed what has been happening since the day I built this computer (Which can't be more than 2 months), random FPS drops. I'm not sure if this is in celsius or Fahrenheit. It seems that my GPU maxed at about 62 degrees then came all the way down to 57. I'm currently checking my temps with speedfan 4.51 while running CSGO in an Arms race match. I read on a post on here that someone had this same build and found the culprit was the temp on cpu I believe.

This was my first ever PC build and so I'm pretty inexperienced when it comes to computers so bear with me. In open beta, the sling had a 999 ammo count. It was implemented in the January 2013 patch. If you are using this in Duel mode, Lead Balls will come in handy since you don't really need that much ammo. To kill an Archer, you need 3 hits with the Sling (Stones) This weapon is recommended if using the Cudgel as an anti-knight weapon doesn't suit you and you tend to use sharp secondaries like the Saber to finish off MAA & Archers. It does Blunt damage with each shot, making it a good anti-knight weapon. The damage is weak but sometimes confuses the enemy if the projectile is going to hit them. It can be a weapon of unpredictability, the weapon gives you a huge gap to make a mistake whenever you miss a target if you pick the Stones. Stones have unlimited ammo and shoot faster, but Lead Balls do more damage. You can chose between Stones or Lead Balls as ammo. The Sling is a primary weapon for the Archer. Spin it longer to build up damage or rapid fire to bombard your opponent and overwhelm him with rocks" "The Sling is a primitive but effective ranged weapon.
